User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful! I used to be a fan of Ruby Tuesday's back when these other two reviews were written (pre 2007). OVerall the food still isn't bad, but the service and experience is now horrible.
Choosing to dine in at Ruby Tuesday's is a bit repulsive now. First the tacky 1960s vinyl table clothes and covered seats, second the napkins that seemingly are made out of Tyvek, third (how irritating is this?) they ration ketchup ammounts to you. Yes- each customer is served a small condiment cup of ketchup with their meal. Seriously? Oh and the AWFULly small rectangular plates.
It is like they sold off all of their old decor and wares to fill a budget gap and then brought in all of this old stuff from a closed up 1960s hotel restaurant.
Choose to do their parking lot pickup service? Well that is the only way I'll eat there now, as I hate eating the restaurant. But my last take-out experience resulted in them cooking my meal three times over the course of an hour because the first two times were incorrect or totally the wrong order to begin with. All the while the other take out meals I had purchased were getting colder.
Anyway, after this past Saturday I don't think I'll be spending any money at Ruby Tuesdays any longer.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood service, good food, and no smoking. I love it: Thank you to Ruby Tuesday's for adopting a no smoking policy, so that I can enjoy your excellent Salad Bar, and Great Veggie burgers, without worrying about the smell of cigarettes.
