Do not deal with them at all; I am surprised they stay in business. Customer service is very lousy; first the car was not prepped or detailed when I got it. When I finally washed it I noticed scratches and dents on the car; call the GM...no return call ever; after several tries spanning several months. Title to license plate was screwed up on their paper work with the state; they still blame the state for this mishap; I got puled over twice and fined by the police; I was not able to recover my monitory losses due to the dealerships negligence.
It was finally when I got some results, after calling the BBB, items were still not addressed properly. One of the complaints was with the transmission slipping; they evacuated the fluid using their transmission service (the full service which includes removing the fluid from the torque converter) and they stated; the service advisor who openly raved about his mechanical knowledge and experience as a mechanic, told me it was just dirty; the car will be fine. In less than two weeks; the transmission gave up and I had it replaced at O'Neil Nissan (I like it at O'Neil so much better). I will not, give Sloane enterprises (Including Champion) a penny of my money; ever again.
I didn't get a refund for the cost of the transmission service at Sloane since they over grossly made a mistake of their diagnosis. Note: supposed to go to friends wedding in California and I missed it because I missed the flight due to a broken transmission. I was laughed at... By the VP of the company...
Never, Never, Never again...
