What a disgrace. Mr. Freed should be ashamed of himself. I attended a grave site service for my friend today. Mr. Freed showed a total lack of respect for my friend's remains and a total lack of respect and caring for those of us who loved her. Mr. Freed took my friend's ashes out of the back of his car and proceeded to put them on the back of the back hoe used to open her grave. Driving the back hoe were two men in jeans smoking cigarettes. This is how my friend was transported to her final resting place. Nice. What a class act you are, Mr. Freed. My friend was a kind, loving and thoughtful woman. The fact that her service-our final good-bye to our friend-was treated like an afterthought by Mr. Freed totally disgusts me.I was told all he cares about is getting his money. Believe it. If you care about your loved ones-don't leave them in his hands. Take your business somewhere else.
