   This place is a real disappointment. I have been here many times and have given it many a chance, but I just can't recommend it. I live in Media and I would much rather travel 15 minutes to Mrs. Marty's for breakfast in Broomall than walk to this place. The eggs are almost always undercooked and runny (snotty) in spite of me ordering eggs over-medium. its like they don't pay any attention to what you order - they make it one way. The toast is pre-buttered with margerine and almost always undercooked. The homefries are really bland. The bacon is usually OK. There is a waitress there (I think she is the owner - which is really bad) that is not very nice - but most of the others are nice. Not going back here again.

   Consistency and Kindness are their specialties!: When in town, I frequent Fast and Fancy for lunch or brunch. The food is consistently fresh and good; the service is speedy; and the employees --- from hostess to servers to busboys --- are kind, friendly, and helpful. My only regret is that it is not yet smoke-free, and since it's a small place, the smoke can be pervasive. Nevertheless, good food with good variety and pleasant people make this place a winner.

   The Best Little Hidden Diner In Media: This little diner is located in the media mall on state st. in media. ( if you didnt know it was there you would never know about it). It is family own and gives true a good reputation to home town diner. The food at the Fast and Fancy is very good and so is the service. I highly recomend the Creamed chipped beef over toast it is the best in town. The prices are nice and easy on the wallet. The only thing i didnt like about fast and fancy is how dark the dining area is but thats just me I have bad eyes.
