User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPapale mess: My son and I had passes to see the Vince Papale movie last night, 8/9/06. We got the pass at his appearance at the opening of the new Macy's last week. Of course, we understood the pass did not guarantee a seat as it was presented on a first come, first serve basis.
However, the scene there was a nightmare, and there was no direction given by the theatre staff. It was only through whispers in the crowd that we learned the pass was a worthless piece of paper because you needed to get a ticket.
The show was to start at 7:30, and at 7:00 they announced it was sold out. There was no order and the theatre management should be ashamed that they could not better plan an event like a premiere of a movie about a local celebrity. Or maybe Disney should have picked a better venue where there was ample parking and seating. Or that they should not have given out so many passes.

That's what you get for being cheap.
These owners are from the Adams Family. Have no concept of running a theatre, public safety or common sense. They do however know how to take your money. The kids that work there are peverse runaways. The film operator is a drunken pervert himself. Keep your kids away from this theatre!! This place should have new owners or shut down!!
