    I am shocked that this happened again. Relatives used JMB Funeral home 2 years ago. The viewing was held at church with mass to follow. You would think that the funeral director would have had someone in the parking lot asking if you are going to cemetery or not. But they didn't. The few cars that were at the front of the church left without anyone telling the other out back to leave. And no one was lined up for the procession. Well I just attended another funeral this past week with the same arrangements (ie: everything at church). Once again, there was no one in the parking lot to direct you. The attendees took it upon themselves to form the proper line for the procession. Honestly, this is completely unacceptable and I don't understand how they are still in business.
