POOR customer service.I took my vehicle in to have a speaker replaced, they ordered the wrong speaker(still under warrenty), so they ordered correct speaker and once again took car in to have it replaced but left two hours later with a rental. Returned next day to pick up my car and it never was even looked at!! Still parked in the same spot where I left it. No phone call to let me know it wasn't ready. Total of four trips to this service center, time miised from work, a big inconvience, and a least one more trip to the service department to pick up my car...all for one speaker??!! I've had a motor replaced in my old car in less time (11/2 days) then it's taking them to put a speaker in. Deffinitely not going back to have my vehicle serviced there ever again.

Worst service and customer service: Car is there a week (covered under warranty) and they have yet to look at it and will not authorize a rental until they do! Just called to advise that can not look at it for another week and still can not authorize a rental. Bought the extended warranty with rental because I need a car for work!. This type of service is a disgrace! What use is a warranty if it takes 2 weeks to even look at your car!
