this is best barbershop in Delaware and Chester county.
Ive tried all the barbers and Lou is my son and I favorite. he gives a great cut and my son loves him. he works by appointment and respects peoples time by staying on time for them. the other barbers are great too, if cant see Lou try Vince or Joe!
