Ignore the negative reviews. You could give some people a chest full of gold and they'd complain that it was too heavy. I've been a customer of Troubadour for 36 years. I've bought, sold, and traded many instruments with Jake during that time. and I have always received friendly, honest, expert service. They will bend over backwards to help a customer. This country is a better place because of old fashioned businesses like Troubadour. Integrity and great customer service are what they provide.

They are good for lessons. I took drums and guitar and i was very happy with them. But my guitar needed one part put on to it and it has been over a week and a half and they are not showing that they are even worrying about getting it done. I have had to miss a performance with my band and had to use my old guitar for another. Don't get your instrument fixed their.

I have 3 children who take lessons at troubadour. They have never been rude to me or my children. They take extra time with each customer, which does require patience on the part of the customer. Your patience will be rewarded. Their knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm for music is well worth the extra 5 minutes!
