Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: I have been watching movies at the three Ritz theaters (the Ritz 5, Ritz at the Bourse and the more recently added Ritz East) since I moved to Philadelphia in 1990. I like to think of them together as a 12-screen multiplex devoted to art films lovingly placed among treasured national monuments; these three theaters sit adjacent to Philadelphia's Independence National Park. And I love that I can get to the these theaters using public transportation and do not need to use a car. The Ritz theaters are the primary reasons why I do not want to leave the Philadelphia area. I cannot imagine living somewhere without this amazing access to foreign, art-house and independent films.
