Went there today and everything was lovely the waitress was very kind and attentive to me and my date she offered us the most wonderful dessert i will defiently go back again
It was alright, but room for improvement: I thought it was a lot of hype about "authentic," etc. but not that great of a value and incredibly loud--horrible place to have a conversation, esp. with all the BYOB-ers. The food and service were pretty average-mediocre. Also, I thought the ambiance was a bit overdone. However, the man in the cook's uniform (the owner?) was very professional and clearly cared about his restaurant.
Coming from the suburbs...I was pleased: I was pleased to find an authentic mexican restruant such as Las Cazuelas, there was a guitar player, for entertainment. The rooms were dimly lit and beautifully painted (perfect for a date) and the food was incredibly mouth-water. I would go back again in a heartbeat!
