we recently returned a 04 elantra for service to a driverside seatbelt
that would not function any more ( a saftey item)
the car is still under warranty( bumper tp bumper) ha
they told us 100$ for repair saying that we broke it
after arguing we called to file a complaint and were told the same thing
only one small detail we were informed by the representive that my car was a used car (what???) i brought this car as a new car, she insisted it was used. after talking with my laywer and doing a title search
THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST COVERED THE REPAIR

They lie to you, bad service, sleezy people: I bought my car there brand new- HHR. When I went to pick up the car, it was flithy- stained rugs, stained ceiling and no inspection sticker. I had to go back twice and wait for 4 hours at time for them to inspect it and clean the rugs and ceilings- AND THERE ARE STILL STAINS THERE. They lied and told me I got a free rental car with any service that was under warrenty...... then refused to give me the rental car 3 times!! The last time my car was leaking fluid and I had to throw a fit to get a $30 rental car! I called an called all day and I couldn't get a straight answer on what was wrong with the car!!
DON'T GO THERE!
