   This is a reliable company. They've helped me out quite a few times to travel outside their range, and I've never had any issues with directions or credit card problems. They always call to let me know my cab has arrived, and usually call to report a delay.

   I am so done with this company they're ignorant and complexed. I ordered a cab and nobody responded to the dispatcher to come and pick me up and then I figured out why after my 3rd time calling to see if they got any out to me, she cursed me out and hung up on me they are the worse Taxi company and I would never catch them again so if your in a rush call old city or all city cab any other cab com. are nobodies

   Call someone else or walk: This company gives time quotes that it cannot honor. They said 15 to 45 minutes, and I have been waiting 90 minutes. After calling back twice they said that they are still working on it.....too bad that I already missed my train
