User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI needed to find a tailor to alter my gown along with my husband's suit. It was hard to find a tailor shop since a lot of the tailor shops are closing down these days. I was not going to opt for drycleaner quality alteration. I decided to bring my clothes in for an alteration to Sue's. The outcome was excellent and I didn't need to come back a second time to fix anything! Good service.

It has been five years since I have been going to Sue's. I first went to Sue's after seeing their story on Chestnut Hill Local. I get my shirts and suits made from the tailor and it fits like a glove.

I had a picture of a dress that I adored and I really wanted to wear that dress for senior prom. But who can spend $$$ on a dress that only celebrities wear? So I looked up a dressmaker around town and I found Sue's! The dressmaker there made the perfect dream dress for me! He made the dress fit my body type perrrrfectly! I would recommend this place to anyone!

They did a good job on my wedding dress but they are not skilled in pattern making. I needed a pattern for a one of my designs and it was very sloppy and incomprehensible. I was never refunded the money I had already spent on it nor would they give me credit for more work. Good workmanship on clothes but bad courtesy and business service.
