I used Your Other Hands for the 3 years I lived in Philadelphia. I needed their services part-time and was happy with the sitters I've used. They were all very professional and experienced. Also, they offer 24 hour/emergency services and were able to send me a babysitter once within a few hours notice. Overall they are a reliable and dependable agency.

YOUR OTHER HANDS is the BEST child care and nanny service in Philadelphia. We were in Philadelphia for the first time and had to attend a dinner without our kids. I had to find a nanny service so I called the Marriott hotel's concierge and they recommended YOUR OTHER HANDS, then I called another 4 star hotel and they also recommended them. I called and scheduled a nanny service with Joann at YOUR OTHER HANDS. She was very friendly and assured me that they are a bonded company and the nannies are experienced moms like me. She gave me the name and phone number of Madeline S. who was assigned to us. I felt so much better because my kids have only been watched by family and I am very protective. The day of the dinner, I was called by Madeline to confirm the time. She arrived to our hotel a little early to review and answer all my questions. She had even brought toys to play with our kids!! I was so glad because my kids who are shy immediately liked her. I had a wonderful evening and did not have any worries. Madeline did a great job and I definitely recommend YOUR OTHER HANDS for any mom living in or visiting Philadelphia.
