User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Rose Tattoo Cafe is my absolute favorite restaurant in the city. The decor is beautiful, the atmoshpere is inviting, the service is impeccable, and the food is AMAZING.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCan't Say Enough: This is a wonderful romantic and charming restaurant/bar. Definitely not for children, great for couples. I feel the price of $20 to $30 for a plate is very reasonable for the location, food quality, and ambiance. Everytime I go to the Rose Tattoo I am never disappointed. There is something about this restaurant that speaks of undiscovered excellence, a testament to this is the fact there are always regulars and even though I don't go here on a weekly basis, I always feel at home. Dessert is a must! Sincerely Matt D
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy Favorite Restaurant EVER!!!: The Rose Tattoo is such a WONDERFUL restuarant... the atmosphere is nice, the waitstaff is knowledgedable (not that i need to know what's in a dish-i have eaten them all) & friendly & the food is AWESOME!!! The best thing about this restaurant is that the food is the same everytime you go no matter who cooks it; consistancy & the waitstaff is just as friendly when you go back as the first time!!! I can appriciate that being a waitress myself.
