This dealership is one of the best i've been to in my life.. definatley the best in philadelphia. The people are great the service is great and the hospitality is great... their service department is so professional... Now on to the body shop BIGGEST AND BEST IN THE WHOLE CITY. Every time i send my car in for service it is done the very next day if not in the next two and is completely serviced well until the next time i take it in for the yearly check... NEVER HAD OR WILL HAVE A BAD EXPIERIENCE THERE.! YOU JSUT CANT MISS OUT! the right place to go for an car situation is desimone suzuki.

I have a 2007 XL7 Limited which I love. However, the service department is absolutely terrible. I get the sense that they purposely make mistakes to keep you coming back and paying for services that you do not need. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. The service department does not care about people waiting 4-8 hours for an oil change.

It does not seem that anybody has a clue how to service a vehicle or treat customers. After my last visit, my engine began to stall and shutter. I took it to another Suzuki dealership, who advised that hoses and coils were not properly tightened and they could not tell if the service I allegedly paid for at DeSimone was actually performed.

Suzuki America should shut this department down before people stop purchasing Suzuki vehicles due to a subpar and unprofessional service department.

I get the distinct sense that the people at DeSimone given the neighborhood that the dealership is in, think that all of the patrons are uneducated and do not deserve respect. As a result, that is exactly how this attorney was treated. With absolutely no respect.

Do not use this service department if you value your time and the life of your vehicle. Do not be duped into the "maintenance plan." It is a waste of time and money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They just sold my Father a car on 1/17/08 without my knowledge, and he's 84 YEARS OLD, and shouldn't be driving. They have no scruples.
