    Unprofessional customer service. had to reschedule party and they wouldn't refund a $26 reservation fee 3 days after booking. Employees are rude and obviously not good business people. Do not use this company.

    Horrible company. Bad customer service. Do not book these people for your party. I give it one star because I can't give it 0.

    I had Elmo & Abby at my daughter's 2nd birthday today, the characters were great and my daughter LOVED them! So glad I went with this company...some of the other parents asked me for their information, thanks for making this so special for my daughter. I would use them again...no question!
