Best Burger in the City: I used to think Rembrandt's (about two blocks away) had the best burger in the city. I then, on a whim, went to the Bishop's Collar. The burger is huge, grilled to your liking, with fresh, thick bacon on top and cheese (you can top the burger how ever you like for free). They usually always have a draught beer on special and the service is always excellent. The Bishop's Colalr is also very affordable and is a great way to have a night out with a group of frinds.
