    I did not find this restaurant impressive. The service wasnt bad, but nothing seemed homemade. I ordered ravioli and i could swear they were frozen and thawed. Nothing special.

    South Philly Traditional Italian: This is a capable traditional South Philly Italian eatery. All the usual staples are there, pasta, veal, fish, etc. We liked the mussels in red sauce quite a bit, the Rigatoni Mama Mia was very good as well. The food wasn't exceptional but it was quite acceptable.. This is your traditional Checkered tablecloth Italian place without the tablecloths.

    A Taste of South Philly Tradition: Criniti's has wonderful food and is great for place for family value too. The meals are a steal when you compare the size of the plates to the cost. The new location is much better than the old location and provides a more spacious setting. Not very fancy so any type of dress is acceptable. Matt D.
