I took my daughter in to get her dresses hemmed. They were about 2 inches below her knee and she is 5'4. I brought her in and asked them to hemm it about 3 or 4 inches above her knee and they hemmed it above her rear end. One of the dresses was about 300 dollars and the other about $150. One of the dresses was dicontinued so i cant just go buy another one. i brought the dresses for the on lady to see how much they took off and not think i was crazy.That day i dropped my husbands drycleaning off and i asked for it to be done by tuesday ,it was saturday. My dad is in town and i told him to go pick it up. They informed him that it wasnt ready. So my dad called me and explained what happened. I called them and asked why it wasnt and the lady said that the manager said not to touch the bag of dry cleaning I dropped off because i complained. Then i got real furious. The manager did not dryclean my husbands clothes and RUNIED $450 worth of clothes. The lady on the phone said that she wasnt allowed to dryclean the clothes because i so called complained. My husband is a doctor and were going away and he is lecturing to other doctors and he doesnt even have any clean shirts.When i went in to show the one girl i was being very kind genorous and the nicest i could be. I didnt complain at all. I do not recommend this place in any way.
