User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsInsulting interaction with the salesman who offered me nothing for the trade, and quoted a high price for an Odyssey and then pretended to negotiate with his sales manager. Went to Scott's in West Chester and received $1500 more for my trade and $1500 less on the minivan. The Roberts salesman then called me incessantly for 3 weeks leaving messages that he could do better on the price. I finally let him know that I saved $3000 going to Scott's and they treated me like a valued customer. I will never recommend Roberts/
