User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswhat a joke: the salesman immediately told me that we couldn't afford a highlander since we drove in with a Jeep. Then told me that "people think that Toyota is nothing" and want them for nothing. this is all before we ever saw a car or the prices. we walked. i sent the sales manager an e-mail and never got a response. Well, the Honda dealer was happy to take our money and we were happy with the service.
