Took my 2008 Dodge Caravan in September 2008 ( less than a year old) and had all new break pads and front rotors resurfaced. Less than nine months (July 2009) later I was told it needed rear rotors and break pads. I mentioned to Rebecca that it was just there for breaks and her response was only, "yeah?"- like I'm the jerk. When I inquired as to why I have had to do $800 in break work on a vehicle that was less than a year and a half old I was told by Rebecca that it's normal for Caravans. What? I still believe in American cars and good service. I guess I'm strictly a Ford man now. I don't need sarcasm and bad service from D'Ambrosio.
I will definatly be back! The service and sales department were great!! Everyone is very nice and made my car buying experience easy.
Great service and an AWESOME selection of new and preowned vehicles on the lot. I felt like I was at a car show. I would definetly go there again!!
