My brother told me that we needed to go to Tony Luke's downtown for the best cheesesteaks ever. I was not skeptical at all, which was good. What a great place. The menu is overwhelmingly good and versatile, offering the best from all-day breakfast sandwiches to Steak Italian (with a broccoli rabe, delicious). The line gets long here because it's so popular. However, it's worth the wait. The sandwiches are delicious. They also don't try to win you over with heat (it's in a metal shack and it was cold that day!) Awesome place!

I am orginally from Philly and now live in Fort Lauderdale. I brought my bestfriend who is from Florida with me for the visit to try Tony Lukes and it was without a doubt the worst place to get a cheesesteak. I would rather eat at Pat's or Geno's then there and I hate eating at those two places. I recommend getting a cheesesteak from Steve's Prince of Steaks in the Northeast. They have the best cheesesteaks I have ever had next to the little neighbor hole in the walls I go to.
