User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWorst facial I've ever had, and I've been getting facials for 20 yrs. Serena hurried through the entire facial and kept leaving the room ( I guess she had personal business). Also, it is an old home and the room I was in had once been a closet. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Never really write reviews but.....received a gift certificate from my hubby for Antoinette's at Christmas.Desided to do a facial and a hightlight/color and cut. The facial was good but the color and cut was amazing.My hairdresser "Mandy" a cute little blond gave me a great cut that frames my face,gives me hight on top and volume...that I needed.The color/highlight is the best,best highlight I ever had,I love it!She suggested a glaze treatment that would make my hair healthy and shinny (being my hair was very dry)and gave me a card for 15% off the glaze treatment being she suggested it.Came to $20.00 sum for the glaze and well worth it.Made my hair feel and look amazing.Just went again Saturday to Mandy and have never been so happy with my hair ....I felt so compelled to write a review.
I have never gotten so many complements on my hair ,ever...even from the husband!I give this salon not 5 but 6 stars! Thank you! -

After reading the reviews, I am not sure these people actually have visited this spa. I am a regular at the spa and have been for years. I go mostly on Saturdays and have always had a wonderful experience from the moment I enter the spa and excellent services from the staff. I have used all of the spa's facilities and loved all the services and the front desk people are all very courteous and friendly. This spa is one of the best around.
