I go to this place all the time and they are nothing but exceptional. I dont know what you are talking about sir. I have found them to be extremely honest and competent.
This person came in with their own brake parts, didn't want the rotors cut . Too expensive in a Nissan pathfinder. Then came back 5 months later because his brakes were pulsing.He wanted a refund on the brake job 5 months later. Who are you kidding? No one's fault but his own.I have been going to Jim's for 20 years . They are the best!!!
never had any work done there. you can't complain if you cheap out on repairs. ferra should learn to spell.
