I have studied a variety of styles and approaches to yoga throughout the years and have taught yoga continuously since 1985. My first teaching certificate was earned in 1988 through the Kripalu Center in Lenox Massachusetts. In 1996, I made yoga my full time profession and I also began studying Svaroopa(r) yoga. I earned my teaching certificate from Master Yoga Teaching Institute in 2000. I am also certified in Embodyment(r) and Svaroopa(r) Yoga Therapy, which are deeper applications of the principles of spinal release. Less
