User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had my bridal shower at Peppercorn's and it was wonderful. The food was great...guests were raving about it afterward. We had a brunch with different quiches, salads, wraps, sweets, etc. I was extremely pleased with the food and also with the excellent service. Jill made sure everything went smoothly and was great to work with. I would highly recommend having dinner or lunch here. The prices are reasonable and the food is really good.

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch/early supper and I ordered the Italian panini. When it came out I was so excited because it looked delicious. I was disappointed when the ciabatta was stale - hard and chewy on the ends. I love all types of breads and this was a sorry disappointment. But worse, when I reluctantly told the waitress about it she merely said she would tell "her" about it and did nothing to improve my situation, such as give me a new fresh ciabatta. I'm sure this restaurant sometimes provides an excellent meal - but beware because sometimes they simply don't care.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe pizza is ok but the pasta with clam sauce was the worst I have ever had. I had to explain to my 8 year old that the clams used our meal were really just the green "stomach" parts of the clam that other restaurants discard. He may never eat clams again! I will not go back. I think using "trash parts" in a dish is unacceptable.

Peppercorns Restaurant in Oxford doesn't sell pizza or clams with pasta. We sell steamers, but we only use little neck clams that are still in their shell. Sorry, maybe you have the wrong restaurant.
