the ambiance and the services are not that great, but the food is absolutely awesome. If you only want to enjoy the taste of the food, this place is a must !

No, No, No...it has been a long time last I visited this restaurant. But, it is not NO-NO place sadly.
Food quality was "just OK"...but the fundamental of "Service" was unfortunately not acceptable anymore.
The incident was yesterday...there was a piece of plastic in "Unagi Don" plate.
I mentioned it to the waitress; and she saw it - did not express any apology.
Then, she took my plate to show the piece of plastic to owner and chefs; they did not express anything. Chefs were right in front as they were talking each other - seemed to me that they did not care at all.
Since Sushi place often handles Raw fish and vegetables, I would like to see how they prepare and how much they care.
Incident was unfortunate for both, chefs and customer; but how to follow up such event is important as no one is perfect and such unfortunate event may happen.
Restaurant owner or chefs did not express their remorsefulness or offer an apology at all, but just ignore the fact that there was a piece of plastic in the food.
Oh well...too bad.
I will never go back this restaurant again...

I love Sushi and this is the best Sushi restaurant I have been to! In fact, I kid with my wife that this place has spoiled me so much that when I want Sushi it's now hard to go anywhere else. We live in Downingtown so that means we now have to drive about 20 minutes but it IS worth it. The physical ambiance is not the highlight but the staff is VERY friendly and they know your name when you come in. It seems most people there when we go are regulars who are there once or twice per week.

Hints: Godzilla Roll! BYOB and make a reservation on the weekends
