West End Towing 'n Storage

My co-worker parked my car on Private property, not that she would know because there was no sign there saying it was private, but anyways we called around found out that West End Towing had taken it to there lot, we went to retrieve it, the Manager was extremely rude, we were not prepared to argue because we realize that she made a mistake, just asked him "for future how would we know that it's private property" he looked at us and did not respond, my husband asked him again and his response was "im not going to argue with you have a good day", we were shocked because we were talking to him no one raised there voice no mean tone whatsoever, but he was a little off, and didn't seem like he understood the question! We paid him $140.00 to get my car back, which my co-worker reimbursed me for, my car was only 3 weeks old and there was a scrach on the trunk where he lifted it, we took pictures, best believe he will be hearing from me again! He's kinda slow and don't understand full questions, if dealing with him, TALK SLOW!!!
