This is one of the few restaurants in West Chester that the food is actually good. Price wise, it can be a bit expensive but then again what restaurant in this small town is not.
I tell you, Spence Cafe is the place to be. Try the Mahi Mahi with Risotto; it's a mouthwatering experience I can't describe. Try it out for yourself! -

We have eaten here several times over the years the atmosphere is quaint, dark and small, nice for a romantic dinner, my complaint it that they don't change the small menu much, otherwise I might go back more often. It is a little pricey also.
