The office staff is rude and lazy! It takes forever to get checked out and they take their time with absolutely everything! Not fun when you have a sick kid or one who just received shots! My last straw was when I called about the swine flu shot, they were very rude and acted as if I was bothering them. They have taken the attitude..." we don't have it and we might not ever have it... so screw you!" I am now trying to transfer doctors and they are totally sitting on my records. It is a matter of making a few photo copies and mailing them out. It took them 3 weeks and I had to follow up to make sure they were doing them. Meanwhile, they charged me $60 to have the records transferred and don't even care enough to ask why I'm switching doctors. I can see if I was pushy or rude but I am nice, polite and quiet. For all they know I am switching doctors because I am moving. I will say, I really like Dr. Chen and am sorry to leave her.

I have been using the Ped Assoc of Plymouth for 12 years and I love it. I have even recommended it to several of my friends and they love it to. I have not been treated rudely by the staff. I always am warm and friendly to them and they reciprocate.
My favorite Dr. by far is Dr. Gazdick. She is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Gazdick takes the time to talk to both the parent and the child. I always am impressed how she remembers me, my family and my children. All the doctors are great, but Dr. Gazdick is the absolute best!
I moved out of the Plymouth Meeting area 5 years ago but I still commute to PM to see Dr. Gazdick. It is worth it to me to travel the extra distance to see the best!

I feel that the reception desk area is very rude and have no feeling for what you maybe going through with your child. The office manager for referrals is very horrible to deal with. I have had people tell me at the specialist that this office is very hard to deal with. I love my doctors and its a shame that they are being pulled down. The only way I stay is because of my doctor. I would have went to another practice. I hope they make some changes in the office staff soon or they will be losing another patient.
