User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsprofessionals need professionals :): A friend from NBC told me about this company in PA. I sent my first camera about 4 years ago, and we keep sending more. They are good professionals, sometimes it takes longer turn around, but always is worth to wait for something that will work when its needed.

This guy is a joke: Our TV broke. We called them about getting an estimate. They said it would take a week. 10 laters later they still didn't have one, and the woman who answers the phone got call pissy and said, "the operative word in ABOUT A WEEK is ABOUT". A week later we get the estimate--which was in line with what I expected--and told the TV would take a week and a half. Over two weeks later we called to check in and the tech hadn't even started on it. Then, oddly, he offered to give us a new TV instead, saying, "it would just be easier". After declining, he said it'd be another week or two. Here we are, a week later, and they still haven't touched it and are now getting defensive. We are on our way to pick it up and take it somewhere. A simple repair is now 5 weeks deep with no end in sight.
UPDATE: I just got a call that our TV is unfixable! After all of this, they can't even fix it. Use this clown if you dare! -
