Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits

We'll never eat at this Popeye's again!: My husband and I are longtime fans of Popeye's chicken! Over the past 15 years, we have eaten at many locations, all of which are at least 30 minutes drive from our home. It is always worth the trip. That changed today when we visited the Plymouth Meeting store. There were plenty of employees on duty, however the service was worse than slow. When we were finally waited on, we found out that they were out of 2 side dishes. We made other choices and waited and waited and waited for our order to be ready. It appeared that there was plenty of food available, but it just wasn't making into the customers hands! When the food was finally ready, the lone cashier seemed confused about 3 customer orders. The customers had to check and make sure that they had all of their items. It appeared that there was no management on duty at the time we visited. The staff had a generally careless attitude and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The food, as always was wonderful. It's too bad that this location will probably lose many faithful customers because of their lack of pride in the running of this restaurant.
