My family has been going to Beverly's for years now. It's not upscale and it may not have the most updated window display, but they do make great sweets. I highly recommend trying the Napoleans, which are really delicious. They also make great meringue mushrooms and some good baklava. For special occasions, their cakes are extremely good. I stop in just for the occasional cupcake as well. I'm the person walking down High Street with the frosting on my face. ;-)
