The office staff was friendly and informative. Techs were punctual,
took time to explain everything in detail, took time to pretreat and
spot treat. Carpets dried looking like new in about 6 hours. Would recommend them to everyone. Last time I used Stanley Steemer and the carpets looked awful and took 3 days to dry.-

Customer service is friendly and helpful. The crews are professional
and know their business. I told them that I had stains, that Stanley Steemer could not get out. They pretreated them and they came right out. They took for more time than anyone, explaining the services then
doing them. Would recommend them to everyone.
