    I am a 26 year old women who needed an oil change for my car. I was hung up on by the man saying he couldn't stop what he was doing to answer my questions. My oil changes have specific instructions to maintain its warranty and i wanted to make sure that they were followed. After being spoken to like a child, I was hung up on. I live right across the street from this rude establishment and I would rather drive an hour to get an oil change anywhere else than go to this place!

    Great service! The team at P & I were honest, open and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They called before doing any of the repairs they suggested to make sure it was ok with me first. They also sent me a thank you note later that week! I found their prices extremely reasonable.

    Would definitely recommend this garage for anything from oil changes to larger automobile work.
