they have had my car for four weeks. they can't find out what is wrong. when i asked for a loaner car. they said it's not our problem. very dissatisfied with this dealer

Very Helpful on Recall: Replaced my catalytic converter under the E22 recall after Triboro (Cinnaminson, New Jersey) claimed it did not require replacement, only reprogramming of the PCM, that the rattling I've heard for 2+ years was from my entire exhaust system, NOT the converter. Triboro claimed they inspected the catalytic converter, however 2 weeks later (after the PCM reprogramming) I got a MIL light P0420 code that translates to be a deteriorated catalytic converter.

Norco did the required replacement hassle-free. Thank you!
