User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to this office for over 10 years with little to no problems. Then I moved, so I transferred to a new office that was closer and only went there the once. Today I pulled my back out, I can't even walk. My new office was closed and so I tried to go back to my old one. THEY WOULDN'T SEE ME. They actually turned me down. And then the receptionist made sure to tell me that she didn't think this conduct was unethical. I would never recommend going to a doctor that didn't actually care about my well being. Surely these doctors don't.

Been to this location for 20 years or so, very nice "family" medicine practice. Have experienced helpful and friendly staff, from physicals to x-rays and more.

Office staff are incompetent and extremely rude. Especially since Dr. Lorraine is no longer with this office. I am going with Tri Valley and very competent doctors.

This review is false in both statements. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Lorraine is definitely still there.

It's amazing that this person thinks that it is a good thing to bounce back and forth between medical offices! Aside from the confusion it would create regarding her medical care, there are important legal issues regarding the physician-patient relationship. I admire this office for trying to do the right thing, in spite of having to deal with this difficult person!
