This place has definitely gone down hill in the last year or so...on a recent visit the food was poor quality along with the service. Very unprofessional. The quality of food for the money is a disgrace. We were there on a Sunday around 5:30, no one else really there and it was still poor in all respects. Will not be returning...

We used to like this restaurant quite a bit until the last meal we had there. I doubt that we will ever go back. The service was very slow, the food was not up to its usual standards and they asked us to leave as soon as we were done with our meal.

We ate at Viggiano's for the first time last night. We had reservations but still had to wait a half an hour. There were many people waiting who also had reservations. We were then seated and our waitress informed us that they were out of garlic bread. Out of garlic bread? Are you kidding me? Well they obviously were because the food we ordered was very bland. I ordered the veal parmesan and it was overcooked and very dry. Good thing they didn't run out of sauce. Our waitress was very sarcastic. Maybe in jest, but when we asked her to open another bottle of wine for us, she handed my friend the corkscrew and let him open it. Not funny. We will not go back there. There are plenty of Italian restaurants in any neighborhood that has good food and do not run out of garlic.
