I've been going to Bruno's for twenty years now. After my latest experience there, I'll never go back. My father and I sat down to lunch at a booth inside. I ordered a cheesesteak with raw onions and my father order a roast pork sandwich. When I got my cheesesteak I was woefully disappointed. There was at best only about half of the amount of meat that I would get if I had gotten a steak at any other reputable establishment. I was so disappointed that I flagged the waitress down and I asked her to get the cook to use the correct amount of meat. she soon brought back my steak in the condition it came out in and told me that it would be another $2.00 for more meat on top of a $7.00 steak. I was so disgusted that I took a picture with my cell phone camera to show how pitiful it was. (and to use in a review)

I might not have been driven to write this review had it not been for the next occurrence. After the episode with the sorry excuse for a steak, my father was eating his roast pork sandwich, when his eyes bulged suddenly, he pulled a piece of plastic wrap about eight inches long and about 5 inches wide out of his mouth and set it on the plate. We paid for our meal and left, never to return.

Food is always good. After your meal you can take a walk at the park that is next door.

Great place for breakfast, lunch, or a lite dinner. Just a fun place to enjoy a meal. If there was any downside at all I would have to say the waitresses could have been a little more attentive.
