User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSubstandard: I hate to complain but I felt compelled to do so in this case. I have all of my pants hemmed and thought I would try this cleaners because the location was convenient for me. They did a very poor hem on a rather expensive pair of pants. I very nicely spoke with them about a possible solution to the problem and they were not helpful at all. In any event, I would not recommend this place for any service at all due to nonexistent customer service; but do not under any circumstance have your clothes altered by these people!!
