User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCustomer service: Absolutely horrible costumer service!!!!! I ordered a "black plate" from them through a fax. Never received a conformation. I called numerous times and left message after message. Nothing. Finally, I had to call my CC company and cancel my order. I guess they stay in business since nobody else is allowed to make them. If you order, make sure to call them first before faxing order or ordering online.
