I took my dog here on a Saturday after she suddenly exhibited symptoms of a UTI, complete with fever and bleeding. There was no way I was waiting until Monday to get her to her regular vet, seeing how uncomfortable she was. The staff was very kind and professional. They were very busy, but when they saw how uncomfortable my dog was, they took her right in to the exam room. I agree the cost of the visit and the meds were a bit excessive, but it was worth it to me to pay the extra money VS. making my dog suffer thru the weekend. I only wish they were open EVERY night....as I sit here now with an old dog suffering from arthritic pain!

I am so glad that this emergency center was there for me! About 2 months ago I had to bring my dog to the emergency center on a weekend when my regular vet was closed. My german shepherd was really sick to his stomach and wouldn't stop trying to vomit. I brought him to the emergency service and we were seen immediately. The doctor took x rays and explained to me that my dog had a twisted stomach and needed surgery immediately to save his life. They did surgery on him, and he is now doing very well. I don't know what I would have done if I lost him. I am very grateful that they are there and they saved my dogs life. There is no way my dog could have waited until after the weekend to see my regular vet. The vet and staff were great.

Very Poor Service. Would not take a flea there. My dog almost died from mis-diagnoses. Will not take any kind of responsibility for their mistake. After confronting the Hospital with their mistake the owner called was me. Was very rude and told me he would not discuss my dogs labs because I didn't have a professional background. All about money. Very high prices.
Charged $16.50 for two Carprofen tablets. Anti-inflammatory medication. They can be bought online for 0.07 cents a piece. Told us they had to have packaging fee. Which was a plastic prescription bottle in handwriting.
