User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI used this service for my wedding, and IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I had to call the several times just to get a copy of the contract. When I was actually able to speak to someone, I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. In the end I never received a copy of our contract. To top it all off on the day of my wedding we had a limo that was dented!!! DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not use Lifestyle Charters. Horrible reputation among the local community. I requested a convertible car seat for my child. They showed up at the airport with an uninstalled infant car seat that was WAY too small for my child. When I called the next day to complain, they were unbelievably rude. I was shocked. I was told things like: "hey, we got you home didn't we" "with all that is going on in the world, is this really such a big deal" and finally was told that my son was only a pound too heavy and an inch too long for their infant seat"....so no big deal. I asked to speak to the owner and he never returned my call. Friends of mine used their charter bus to go to NYC, their bus broke down in NJ and Lifestyle never sent another bus to pick them up. Another bus service picked them on the roadside.

Laura - didn't you read my review?! Sorry you had stress on your wedding day caused by these idiots. I will NEVER forget how horribly I was treated by them. It was truly unimaginable.
