We have office hours 365 days per year and offer evening appointments every weeknight. Our clinic boasts on-site full service laboratory services and digital X-ray. Each of our six board certified pediatricians works with a pediatric-trained RN (registered nurse) instead of medical assistants to ensure the highest quality professionals are available in each clinical and telephone encounter. Our front office staff answers your phone calls -- you will not reach an automated answering phone tree. You are likely to recognize their voices as our staff is committed to the mission of our clinic; most of them have been part of our family over 10 years. Our billing department is not outsourced or hidden in an office. The department is open and accessible allowing you to talk face-to-face with our specialists. They are eager to answer your questions and help you interface with insurance companies. We are proud to announce that in 2013 we earned the designation of Oregon Patient-Centered Primary Care Medical Home.
