User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHad a positive buying experience. I'm a youngish female person and thought going to a dealer would be intimidating, but it wasn't so bad. My sale's person was Michelle, and she was fun but also professional. She also acted glad to talk to us about all the little features and buttons on the car and she didn't seem rushed even though it was the end of the day. They are salespeople so they will do sales tactics like try to get you to buy add-ons and that sort of thing, but I felt like we got a fair and reasonable price on the car we wanted. I would go back again to buy a car here, but I'd probably bring a cold drink and maybe a snack.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI didn't buy my car here, but I took it in for service once. The waiting room looks like my old apartment in college, which isn't a compliment. Nasty old furniture, sagging couches, broken chairs... pretty much lame.
