User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI too had a horrible experience at this Burger King. I went there this around 7:15 a.m. to purchase gift cards for my grandchildren for their trick or treating treat. I was informed by a woman in very broken English that I have to wait until 9:30 a.m. until the manager comes in because they are locked up! LOCKED UP!!! Why lock up something that has no value until you activate it??? The three women there proceeded to speak to one another in Spanish, which is very rude, crude, and obnoxious to speak a foreign language with customers standing right there! This is one establishment that I will NEVER return to. The management gets what they pay for...and non-English speaking employees is not acceptable! I wouldn't expect to go to a foreign country and expect them to greet me in English.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWill never go back: This BK is close to my home, so I have frequented it 2-3 times a week for several years. Service has always been less than good - my biggest complaint being that non-English speaking people work the drive thru and almost always get the order wrong. Today, however, the worker on the window tried to hand me a cup of Coke that was dripping with sticky soda. I refused to take it, asking her to wipe it clean first. With a HUGE attitude, she swiped at one side and handed it back. It was still dripping off the bottom and around the other side. Knowing that I would not get any better service from her, I took the soda and cleaned the cup myself, making her wait to hand me the sandwich that I had ordered.
I will not go back to that store. I deserve better servicwe than that.
