User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat dessert bakery. If you want a cake that actually tastes like something, go to Bing's. If you would rather eat gloopy wet, cloyingly sweet styrofoam, go somewhere else. Their pastries are in the European tradition and to die for, especially the cherry shortbread triangles. It will bring back childhood memories, at least if you were lucky enough to sample this little slice of heaven when you were a kid.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat New Bakery: Bings Bakery is a Newark, DE. landmark and ever since the Guzzi family took ownership in 2006 it has taken on a whole new focus. The cheese cakes are great, my son loves their cookies too. They now have online cake ordering through their new website. So if you are in the mode for some really great cheese cake and pastries give them a visit I know you will love the new Bings!
